Courtney Bowler, hailing from Midwest City, Oklahoma, carries with her a legacy as a devoted Army Veteran, having dedicated over ten years to the Oklahoma Army National Guard, including service during Operation Enduring Freedom. A loving wife and mother to a young toddler, Courtney's passion extends to childhood development and education.

Her medical journey is marked by her roles as a Cardiothoracic ICU and Transplant ICU nurse, crowned by her achievement of a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. This significant milestone was reached at Oklahoma City University, where she graduated with Top Honors and received an award for consistent Academic Excellence.

Courtney's commitment to healthcare radiates through her practice, where she emphasizes empowering patients with self-advocacy knowledge and prioritizing health promotion and disease prevention. Her focus on nurturing health-conscious behaviors is mirrored in her doctoral project, aimed at reducing Maternal Mortality rates in the Postpartum Period. Courtney believes that this goal can be best achieved through systematic screenings of mothers in the first year after childbirth.
